We refine your material, performance, and delivery so you walk into auditions prepared, confident, and ready to stand out. Whether it’s musical theatre, TV, or competitive programs, the goal is simple: you feel ready and in control.
Submit a video or recording and get clear, honest feedback on your voice, performance, and presence — plus specific direction on what to improve and how to fix it.
Performance Feedback Sessions
A focused coaching experience that blends vocal performance with acting — helping you bring songs to life in a way that feels real, grounded, and connected.
We work on understanding the story, making intentional choices, and delivering performances that feel natural instead of forced or over-rehearsed. This is where technique meets emotion, so your performance actually lands.
Acting Through Song
About Me
I’m Kendra Checketts, a professional singer, songwriter, and vocal coach with over 8 years of experience training singers at all levels. With national TV appearances on The Voice and American Idol, along with live performances in front of tens of thousands, I bring real-world experience into every session — helping you build a voice you can trust on stage and beyond.
My Students
My students aren’t just training — they’re applying what they learn in real-world settings.
They’ve booked roles in major TV shows and films, toured with mainstream artists, and performed in front of tens of thousands. Others are consistently landing lead roles in school productions, booking local gigs, and growing as confident, capable performers.
I’ve also worked with singers preparing for high-level auditions, including shows like The Voice and American Idol, helping them feel ready, prepared, and confident walking into the room.
